We decided to eat in the American Grill across from the reception desk. :( We were greeted by a check in line that was 35 + people deep at 9pm at night. across the entire property without any offer ANYWHERE for a bellman to assist. We immediately went back downstairs after hauling all our bags, groceries, etc. they tried to mask it and certainly casinos are worse, but NOT the kind of thing to tolerate on vacation. We were so stopped up from the smell permeating in the hallways and in our room. Folks, just don't go to The Forum Tower if you have a choice and if cigarette smoke bothers you. The reception desk stated that it had not been renovated yet but had an impeccable view of the trip. Upon arrival we were offered an deal on an upgraded suite in the Forum Tower for an additional $300 for the 4 NIGHTS and doubling our space. $135 per night.and the resort fee of course of $44.00 per day. We booked a King Non smoking suite in the Palace Tower, newly renovated, 750 square feet. :) We booked the morning of, deciding we DID not want to stay where the seminar was being held. This was a business trip as well, but also a mini vacation for mom and dad. We never left the resort this trip-easy flight!! We have stayed at Ceasars 4 prior times in the past 10 years for business.
